Plot

As Halloween approaches, George is buzzing with excitement for the upcoming celebrations, including pumpkin carving and costume contests, culminating in the Annual Boo Festival. Alongside Allie, he heads to Renkins' Farm to select the perfect pumpkin. There, they hear the chilling legend of No Noggin, a scarecrow notorious for kicking off people's hats on Halloween night.
