Plot

Marc, a thriving real estate agent in Aix-en-Provence, enjoys a happy life with his wife and daughter. A routine appointment to show a charming country house leads him to Cathy, a long-lost love from his youth in Oran, Algeria. Overwhelmed with nostalgia, Marc rushes to her hotel, and they share an unforgettable night together. However, the next morning, Cathy disappears. In a shocking revelation, Marc learns from his mother that Cathy never escaped Algeria; she tragically perished alongside her father in a bombing just before the country’s independence.
