Plot

After losing his mother, young Jiantan leaves Xi'an to reconnect with his estranged father, LaGeBa, a dedicated doctor serving a remote Tibetan community. Adapting to life on the Tibetan prairies proves challenging as Jiantan must learn to herd sheep to support his father. Just when he feels overwhelmed, a stray golden Tibetan Mastiff comes to his rescue. Their bond deepens as they navigate the hardships of their new lives, each finding solace and strength in the other amidst the vast, rugged landscape. Together, they embark on a journey of growth and resilience.
