Plot

For decades, an unknown presence has been observing humanity, and Russian physicist Ivan Petrenko Karkarov was on the verge of uncovering the truth. In 1982, he discovered the source of a bizarre phenomenon, only to disappear without a trace. Fast forward thirty years to Newell, Iowa, where Dean Hollister leads an ordinary life until unusual radar signals disrupt the calm. Suddenly, ominous black rifts tear through the sky, revealing something ominous lurking beyond. As the mystery deepens, it becomes clear that whatever lies behind these rifts is not only watching but may soon make its presence known.
