Plot

Dr. Maurice Lamar, a celebrated plastic surgeon, transforms the lives of his wealthy clients, including Eve Caron, who leaves her husband, Marcel, to marry him. Their honeymoon on the Mediterranean quickly turns chaotic as Maurice struggles to cope with the pressures of his beauty standards. Overwhelmed, he decides to return to Paris, aiming to abandon his surgical career for scientific research.
