The Steel Claw (1961)

Plot

A Marine in the Philippines faces a life-altering accident that costs him his hand, leading to his discharge from the Corps. However, with the Japanese invasion underway, he is summoned back to action to rescue a general captured by Filipino guerrillas deep in enemy territory. Fitted with a steel prosthetic in place of his lost hand, he embarks on a treacherous mission alongside his team, only to discover that the operation's true nature is far different from what he was initially led to believe.
