Plot

Chuck Watts, on the run for a manslaughter charge in Kentucky, has found a precarious refuge as an enforcer for Andrew Max, who reigns over New Orleans’ seedy club scene. Unbeknownst to Chuck, Max's criminal operations extend far beyond managing strippers and sex workers, plunging him into a treacherous underworld rife with violence and betrayal.
