Plot
Danish journalist Rikke Lyngvig finds herself kidnapped by a terrorist group in Afghanistan. With assistance from Nazir, one of her captors, she successfully escapes and returns home, quickly gaining notoriety as Denmark's version of Jessica Lynch. Meanwhile, Nazir ventures toward Denmark, seeking Rikke. When they reunite, Rikke faces a moral dilemma: should she aid the man who once threatened her life, risking her burgeoning career? Their intense meeting spirals into a clash of personal demons amidst a media frenzy fueled by sensationalism and political intrigue.
