Plot

After the Dawn Rebellion's triumph, Degwin seeks a truce with Vice Admiral Revil to ensure the Federation's complete withdrawal from Side 3, aiming to prevent future conflicts. Following a reprimand for neglecting Garma, Dozle sends Char—who inspired Garma's uprising—to Earth. Char expresses a desire to pilot mobile suits upon his return. Meanwhile, burdened by duty, Dozle proposes to cadet Zenna Mia. In Manaus, Char secures a position as a mobile worker pilot at a construction site, where he crosses paths with the enigmatic Lalah Sune in a casino.
