Plot

On the rugged Welsh coast, a group of criminals masquerades as phantoms to terrify a lighthouse keeper. Determined to thwart their plans, Jim Pearce purposely strands himself on the rocks with Alice Bright. As the lighthouse's beam is extinguished, Jim discloses that his brother's vessel is the gang's next victim. Meanwhile, Alice is revealed to be an undercover detective, infiltrating the operation to uncover the truth behind the sinister events unfolding around the lighthouse. Together, they must navigate danger and deception to protect the waters from looming disaster.
