Plot

Harmless Berlin taxi driver Herbert Boeckmann's day takes a wild turn when he unwittingly transports the body of Russian economist Boris Stravinsky. Delivering his eerie passenger to East Berlin, Herbert quickly becomes entangled with the KGB, who mistakenly believe he’s a CIA operative. As he navigates the treacherous world of espionage, the CIA also targets him, convinced he's a KGB agent. To clear his name, Herbert must uncover Stravinsky's true killer. With mysterious vials granting him unexpected abilities, he transforms into "Super Agent Herbie Melbourne," but soon finds himself in perilous encounters with professional assassins.
