Plot

As summer arrives, high school friends Kenny Leeds, Mike Decker, and Tommy Kingsley eagerly await their coming-of-age experiences. However, Kenny's plans take an unexpected turn when he's sent to stay with his grandparents in Buffalo while his father travels with his fiancée. Feeling isolated in an unfamiliar city, Kenny crafts elaborate letters to his pals, spinning tales about escapades at a fictional brothel named "Rosie's" near Niagara Falls. What starts as harmless fun soon spirals into chaos as his imaginative stories begin to unravel, leading to unforeseen consequences.
