The Channeler (1991)

Plot

Pam recruits a group of college friends for a trip to an isolated, overgrown mine, ostensibly to aid in environmental restoration. However, her fascination with local legends and paranormal phenomena hints at deeper motivations. As the adventure unfolds, the group faces a series of unsettling incidents that escalate their unease. Upon reaching the mine, they meet a reclusive hermit with unsettling knowledge of the area’s dark history. Confronted with the malevolent forces tied to a tragic event from 1845, the group must fight to survive the evil that still haunts the site.
