Plot
At a desolate bar, the punk rock band Ms. 45 electrifies the crowd with their fierce energy. Their performance catches the eye of a obsessed fan who deceives the group, rendering them unconscious and subjecting them to a horrific transformation. Awakening in a daze, the band discovers their arms have been replaced with deadly weapons like axes and chainsaws. They find themselves trapped in a brutal junkyard arena ruled by a merciless "emperor." To escape this nightmare, they must fight for their lives in a twisted battle, where freedom hangs tantalizingly in the balance.
