Plot

Set against the backdrop of World War II in Los Angeles, the Culver Hotel’s manager entrusts his nephew with its care for a weekend. Seizing the moment, the nephew renames it the Hotel Rainbow and inadvertently fills it with an eclectic mix of guests, including royalty, assassins, secret agents, Japanese tourists, and munchkins. Amid the chaos, Secret Service agent Bruce Thorpe and casting director Annie Clark navigate their budding romance, all while trying to maintain order in this whirlwind of intrigue and unexpected encounters.
