Plot

During the early Tiansheng years of the Northern Song Dynasty, the Qi brothers, experts in grave restoration, disturb a solitary grave under the cover of night, unleashing chaos when rumors of a resurrected corpse begin to circulate in Gong'an County. Fear grips the community as tales of vengeful spirits clash with suspicions of foul play. Tasked by the emperor, the astute Supervisor Bao Zheng returns to his medical roots to unravel the mystery, navigating a web of deceit where the supernatural may be a mere smokescreen for more sinister motives.
