Plot

Los Angeles descends into turmoil as a trio of criminals, headed by the deranged McMasters, seizes control of a police station, holding hostages and demanding a hefty ransom. FBI agent Roger Kinkaid steps in, leveraging his expertise to devise a strategy to outsmart the captors and rescue those trapped within. The tension escalates as Kinkaid races against time, grappling with the crucial dilemma: even if the ransom is paid, how will the criminals manage to make their escape?
