Plot

In "Mistress Frankenstein," Dr. Victor Frankenstein's neglect of his emotionally distant wife, Helena, leads to tragedy when she dies in a horse riding mishap. Grief-stricken, Victor takes it upon himself to resurrect her. However, his clumsy assistant Igor inadvertently replaces Helena's brain with that of a lesbian, transforming her into a wild and voraciously sexual being. Now, instead of the woman he knew, Victor faces a chaotic and passionate version of Helena, who is driven by relentless desires and predatory instincts, turning his life upside down.
