Plot

Larry Kramer, a passionate writer and activist, rose to prominence at the height of the AIDS crisis, channeling his righteous anger into advocacy. He fiercely criticized government inaction and challenged the gay community to address risky behaviors. As a co-founder of the Gay Men's Health Crisis and the protest group ACT UP, Kramer faced backlash from those who misinterpreted his fervor as self-hatred.
