Plot

Set against the vibrant backdrop of Miami's Cocoanut Grove artist community, a tumultuous love affair unfolds between young writer Stephen Oliver and his wealthy patron, Rita Hayworth. Following a chaotic LSD-fueled party, tensions escalate, leading to a dramatic fallout. When Stephen attempts to mend their fractured relationship, a tragic accident results in the death of Rita's ailing millionaire husband. In a desperate move, she resorts to blackmail, further complicating the already fraught situation. As passions collide with crime, the characters navigate a treacherous path of desire and deceit.
