Plot
Following the events of "With Clean Hands," Commissioner Roman is reeling from the loss of his ally, Miclovan, who has fallen in the line of duty. With vengeance on his mind, Roman seeks justice against the elusive mafia boss, Mr. Semaca, who evaded punishment due to insufficient evidence. However, his focus shifts when he’s assigned an undercover operation to apprehend a German spy believed to be hiding in a monastery. Roman teams up with Oarca, a resourceful former underwriter, whose skills shine particularly during thrilling car chases on winding roads.
