Alpine Fire (1985)

Plot

Set against the backdrop of an Alpine farm, an older couple navigates the challenges of raising their two children: Belli, who dreams of becoming a teacher, and Franzi, their younger son, who is deaf and possesses a child-like spirit despite his hard work. After a fit of anger leads Franzi to destroy a mower, his father exiles him to the farm's outskirts, where he channels his energy into building structures. Belli, visiting frequently, finds herself drawn to Franzi, and as winter approaches, their relationship deepens, leaving Belli facing the reality of an unexpected pregnancy and the impending revelation to her parents.
