Plot

Simon takes his twelve-year-old son, Finn, to a remote Vermont farmhouse for renovation, hoping to bond over the project. However, they soon awaken the vengeful spirit of Lydia, the home's former owner. As father and son delve into repairs, they unknowingly empower Lydia, who grows increasingly sinister with each improvement. Their efforts to restore the house become a desperate battle for survival against a malevolent force that threatens to tear them apart. The bond between Simon and Finn is tested as they confront the dark history lurking within the walls.
