Plot

Billionaire industrialist Paul Kessler finds himself in a life-threatening situation during a heart surgery when armed individuals posing as revolutionaries storm the operating room, taking him and the entire surgical team hostage. Their demands are steep: $10 million. As hospital administration alerts the police and FBI, tensions rise, with law enforcement determined to resolve the situation, even at the risk of hostages' lives. As the standoff escalates, it becomes apparent that some hospital staff may have hidden agendas, complicating the already dangerous situation.
