Plot

A staggering number of Black women face neglect within the U.S. maternal health system, leading to tragic outcomes. Shamony Gibson and Amber Rose Isaac, both enthusiastic expectant mothers, lost their lives due to preventable childbirth complications. Their families and partners are now united in raising awareness about this urgent and often overlooked crisis, striving to ensure that no more lives are lost to systemic failures. Through their stories, a powerful call to action emerges, highlighting the urgent need for reform in maternal healthcare to protect the lives of Black women and their families.
