Plot

Henry Howard, a determined scientist, is on a quest to create a serum that enhances muscle growth and extends life. His hopes for a future with his love, Hannah, are thwarted by his irritable boss, General Darwin, who forbids their union until his research yields results. After a mugger steals his engagement ring, a heartbroken Hank turns to his experimental serum, transforming into the destructive Amazing Bulk. As chaos ensues, a tenacious detective apprehends him, leading to imprisonment by Darwin. Hank must then confront the malevolent Dr. Kantlove, who has sinister plans to obliterate the moon.
