Plot
Franklin Carlyle, a city council member, finds himself in a precarious situation after being mugged and left for dead in an alley. As he recuperates, he crosses paths with a down-on-his-luck alcoholic who introduces him to the seedy underbelly of the nightlife, taking him to a local strip club.
