Plot

Amid the chaos of 1812, Napoleon's forces launch an invasion of Russia. Kutuzov recruits Prince Bolkonsky as a staff officer, but Bolkonsky insists on leading troops in battle. Meanwhile, Pierre, eager to witness the clash, joins an artillery crew at the Battle of Borodino. As the fight intensifies, Bolkonsky’s unit remains in reserve but is caught in the crossfire, leaving him severely injured. Both he and Anatol endure grave wounds as the French triumph and march toward Moscow, marking a pivotal moment in this epic conflict.
