Plot

Ryan O'Neil, a war veteran grappling with PTSD, returns to his pregnant wife, Stephanie. Complicating matters, her brother Tony, a corrupt cop, has been stepping in while Ryan was away, leading to longstanding tension between the two men. As Tony’s interference escalates, Ryan begins experiencing disturbing visions of murderers and extraterrestrial beings in his home. Uncertain whether these hallucinations are real or figments of his troubled mind, he struggles to maintain his grip on reality. Meanwhile, Stephanie grows increasingly worried about Ryan's mental state, unaware of the dark force that lurks within his nightmares.
