Plot

A catastrophic blast opens a portal between Tromaville and its sinister counterpart, Amortville. While the Toxic Avenger finds himself imprisoned in this dark reflection of his hometown, chaos erupts in Tromaville as his malevolent double, the Noxious Offender, seizes power. With the city in peril, Toxie must navigate his way through the treacherous mirror world to confront his evil twin and reclaim his home from the clutches of villainy.
