Ghost in the Shell: Arise - Border 1: Ghost Pain (2013)

Plot

Set in 2027, a year after the devastating fourth non-nuclear war, New Port City grapples with chaos following a bombing from a self-propelled mine. Amidst this turmoil, a military officer involved in arms-dealing scandals is assassinated. Daisuke Aramaki from Public Security crosses paths with Motoko Kusanagi, an exceptional cyborg hacker linked to the secretive 501st unit. Batou, known for his relentless vigilance, suspects Kusanagi's involvement in the bombing. Meanwhile, detective Togusa investigates both the military shooting and a murder connected to a prostitute, while Kusanagi is closely monitored by the 501st’s leadership.
