Plot
Before World War II ignites, the nefarious Black Dragon Society of Japan collaborates with the Nazis on a sinister scheme. They enlist the expertise of Dr. Melcher, a gifted scientist, to embark on a covert mission to Japan. Once there, he performs surgeries on six Japanese operatives, altering their appearances to mimic prominent American leaders. As the real leaders are assassinated, the impostors step into their roles, setting the stage for chaos and deception in the lead-up to the global conflict.
