Plot

Mad scientist Prospero flees to Tromaville with his blind daughter, Miranda, to escape ruthless pharmaceutical executives, notably his sister Antoinette, who sabotaged his career after he discovered a cure for opioid addiction. Teaming up with a resourceful, disabled sex worker, he unleashes a torrent of laxatives into the ocean, targeting a cruise ship filled with his foes en route to North Korea. The ensuing tidal wave of chaos crashes the ship onto Tromaville's shores, setting the stage for Prospero's long-awaited revenge against those who wronged him.
