Plot

Christmas in Cleveland takes a dark turn for four young women nearing the end of their community service. Tasked with visiting elderly residents, they find themselves at the home of a seemingly sweet older woman. Initially welcomed with warmth, the atmosphere shifts as night descends and the temperature drops. As they settle in, unsettling truths about their host begin to surface, revealing a sinister side that threatens their very lives. What started as a simple act of goodwill spirals into a chilling encounter, where survival becomes the ultimate challenge.
