Plot

Doctor Sanada finds himself treating the gang member Matsunaga after a violent encounter leaves him injured. As he tends to Matsunaga, the doctor uncovers a deeper issue: the gangster is battling tuberculosis. Sanada urges him to remain for treatment, hoping to inspire a shift in Matsunaga’s reckless ways. Their relationship grows complicated, teetering between camaraderie and conflict. However, the fragile bond faces a looming threat when Matsunaga's former boss, Okada, is released from prison, complicating their tentative friendship and forcing them to confront their choices.
