Plot

As German knights launch an invasion into Russia, Prince Alexander Nevsky rises to unite his people against the powerful adversary. Following the capture of an eastern Russian city by the Teutonic forces, Alexander chooses to confront them at Novgorod, leading to an epic clash on the icy expanse of Lake Chudskoe. While he commands his outmatched soldiers, two of his warriors, Vasili and Gavrilo, engage in a rivalry of valor, each vying for the affection of a local woman amidst the chaos of war.
