Plot

Set in 1997, "The Noah's Ark Principle" portrays a world seemingly at peace, having discarded many traditional weapons of mass destruction. However, the European/American space station FLORIDA ARKLAB orbits Earth, possessing the alarming capability to manipulate the weather anywhere on the planet. Initially conceived as a civil project, its potential for misuse as a weapon of mass destruction stirs political tensions between East and West, threatening to ignite World War 3. The story follows astronaut Billy Hayes, who navigates a treacherous landscape of conspiracy and betrayal as he struggles to discern allies from enemies.
