Plot
Grant Ekland, a corrupt cop haunted by his troubled past, is driven by the memory of his murdered love. The notorious serial killer, Harold, responsible for countless deaths in Toronto, is about to be released from a mental institution after years of confinement. With a thirst for vengeance, Ekland prepares for a final confrontation with his nemesis.
