Plot

Vinh, adopted by a wealthy Swiss family, has remained connected to his roots in Vietnam. His mother receives reassuring postcards about his happy life in Switzerland. As Vinh prepares for his wedding, his mother and uncle Dac seize the chance to visit him and his adoptive family. However, tensions run high; the parents are divorced, the father is facing bankruptcy, the sister is distant, and the older brother is troubled. This chaotic family dynamic threatens to shatter the expectations of Vinh's mother and uncle, looming over the joyous occasion with impending disappointment.
