Plot

Dr. Johnny Woo finds himself entangled with an international Mafia arms syndicate after his son Bobby is abducted. The cartel, consisting of notorious crime lords, realizes that Johnny has inadvertently uncovered critical information stored on a computer disk. As they close in, Louie and his ruthless Russian ally, Vladimir Kruskev, employ their devious tactics to ensnare Johnny and seize the valuable disk.
