Plot

A mother and her young daughter flee from her violent husband by pretending to be dead. Fast forward eight years, and they are thriving in the luxurious surroundings of Palm Springs, with the daughter now 17. However, when the husband learns they survived, he begins to stalk them, gathering information about their new lives as he plans his revenge.
