Plot

Adam Lewis, a renowned horror screenwriter, finds himself grappling with a creative block for his new project. One night, he experiences a vivid nightmare featuring a monstrous figure in a baby mask and onesie, brutally murdering his girlfriend, Kate. This chilling vision sparks Adam's imagination, leading him to craft a gripping screenplay. As he immerses himself in his work, his life with Kate takes a dark turn when the nightmare becomes reality, as "Big Baby" begins to haunt and kill those around him. Characters from his story confront him, desperate for survival, forcing Adam to confront the terrifying power he wields, which ultimately strains his relationship with Kate.
