Plot
Carter Nix, a devoted child psychologist, presents a facade of a perfect family man, concealing a tumultuous history. As he struggles with the demons of his past, the re-emergence of his menacing father and aggressive brother, Cain, pushes him further into chaos. Caught in a web of kidnappings and murders, Carter's fragile mental state deteriorates. Complicating matters, his wife, Jenny, reignites a former romance, inadvertently drawing the attention of her increasingly erratic husband.
