Locke the Superman (1984)

Plot

When the nefarious Lady Kahn begins assembling an army of formidable espers, Colonel Ryu Yamaki is tasked with enlisting the universe's most powerful superhuman to thwart her plans. That superhuman, known as Locke, is more interested in his tranquil life herding sheep than in heroics. However, when Lady Kahn attempts to eliminate both Locke and Ryu, the reluctant hero is provoked into action. With his extraordinary abilities—teleportation, an almost impenetrable force field, and expert martial arts—Locke is ready to show the villains that challenging a superpower comes with serious consequences.
