Plot
After the tragic loss of her father, the troubled yet kind-hearted Jennifer heads to his secluded cabin in Boggy Creek, Texas, accompanied by her friends. What begins as a week-long retreat quickly spirals into a nightmare when they encounter a legendary, malevolent creature lurking in the woods. As the group grapples with their fear, they must confront the horrifying reality of the monster's deadly reputation, which includes a history of male murders and female abductions. Survival becomes their only goal as they navigate the treacherous terrain of both the woods and their own fears.
