Plot

George Gribble, the tea-boy at Tangleton town council, unwittingly finds himself entangled in the scheming antics of the councillors. As they pursue their greedy agenda surrounding a government-sponsored housing survey, George becomes embroiled in their dubious activities, which include manipulating the survey results for personal gain. Caught between ambition and integrity, he must navigate the complex web of corruption while trying to stay true to his principles. The film cleverly blends humor and social critique as it explores the lengths to which individuals will go for power and profit.
