Plot
In October 1970, the Front de Libération du Québec (FLQ) shocked the nation by kidnapping and killing Minister Pierre Laporte, marking a pivotal moment in Quebec's history. Fast forward fifty years, Félix Rose embarks on a quest to uncover the motivations behind his father and uncle's involvement in these tragic events. With the reluctant cooperation of his uncle Jacques and the remnants of his father Paul’s life, Félix delves into the legacy of his working-class family. Over a decade of research culminates in "Les Rose," offering a fresh perspective on a tumultuous era and the youthful rebellion that fueled it.
