Plot

After 16 years of marriage and raising four children, Betty Broderick finds her successful attorney husband leaving her for a younger mistress with whom he's been unfaithful. Devastated by his betrayal and feeling powerless against his legal knowledge, Betty embarks on a path of vandalism and verbal abuse. Her anger spirals out of control, culminating in a tragic and violent confrontation.
