Plot

A seasoned hitman is tasked with stopping the release of a controversial tell-all memoir penned by a former mobster. Complicating matters, he finds himself drawn to a dedicated employee of the publishing house, who faces unemployment if the book is shelved. As their relationship deepens, he grapples with conflicting loyalties—his duty to eliminate the threat and his desire to protect the woman he has come to admire.
