Plot
Set in 1920s rural Ireland, twins Rachel and Edward lead a peculiar life in their decaying ancestral home, bound by the ominous rules of The Lodgers. Each night, they must adhere to strict guidelines: be in bed by midnight, keep outsiders away, and face dire consequences if one tries to escape. The arrival of troubled war veteran Sean ignites a spark in Rachel, prompting her to challenge the oppressive rules. As she defies The Lodgers, a catastrophic clash with her brother ensues, threatening to unravel their already fragile existence and the dark curse that looms over them.
